Orders & Shipping
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order status in real-time by visiting the 'Track Order' link in the footer.
Currently, we primarily ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our logistics to serve international customers soon. Stay tuned!
We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a standard flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to ensure safe delivery.
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. We also offer Express Shipping options at checkout for select pin codes which deliver within 2-3 business days.
Returns & Refunds
We have a customer-friendly 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. However, personalized items and personal care products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
You can initiate a return by visiting our 'Return Policy' page or logging into your account. Simply select the order, choose the item, and cite the reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original source.
Products & Gifting
Absolutely! During checkout, select the 'This is a Gift' option. We will remove price tags and wrap it in our signature premium packaging.
